The Horizon CME app lets you see conference agendas, stream live sessions, participate in polling, submit questions to faculty, network with clinicians and exchange digital business cards, schedule meetings, complete surveys, view virtual Exhibit Booths, review case studies, browse speaker and attendee profiles, take notes, save items for after your event, and much more. (Please note: the exact tools and features available depend on the conference or event you are attending.)
